These Terms & Conditions, which may be amended from time to time without prior notice, govern your access to the products and services provided by DPC Restaurants Ltd  and/or its affiliated brands (“Domino’s Pizza”), whether you are a registered user or a guest, on the website www.dominos.com.cy (the “Website”). By using the Website, you automatically acknowledge and accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to adhere to them. If you do not agree with these Terms & Conditions, you should refrain from using the Website. The Website is to be used solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not violate or restrict the rights of DPC Restaurants Ltd and/or third parties. The Website may contain links to external sites for informational purposes only. We do not control or take responsibility for these sites and disclaim any liability for any loss or damage that may result from using such links. We encourage other websites to link to the content on the Website, subject to our prior approval.

In view of the fact that there is no human intervention in online ordering, it is of utmost importance that you carefully read the following Terms and Conditions (T&C) before entering your details and/or placing your order. By proceeding, you agree to these terms.

Article 1:

Terms and Conditions for "Domino's More Order & Win €1500"

  1. DPC Restaurants Ltd announces a competition titled "Domino's More Order & Win €1500" (hereinafter referred to as the "Competition").
  2. Eligibility to participate in the Competition is granted to individuals who are registered in the Domino's More Loyalty Scheme.
  3. Each completed and valid order constitutes an entry into the Competition.
  4. Valid entries include all orders placed between 1st March 2025 and 30th of April 2025.
  5. The prizes are as follows:
    1. €1000 in cash for the first winner.
    2. €500 in cash for the second winner.
    3. Free pizza for a year for two newly registered users in the Domino's More Loyalty Scheme.
      1. Winners cannot exchange their prize for a cash equivalent.
      2. The aforementioned prize of free pizza for a year consists of one large pizza per week, free of charge, until the end of 2025.
  6. A fundamental condition for a winner to claim their prize is their consent to receiving promotional SMS and email notifications from DPC Restaurants Ltd.
  7. Valid entries include orders placed through the following channels:
    • By phone at 77778558
    • Via the website www.dominos.com.cy
    • Through the Domino’s Pizza Cyprus mobile application
  8. The winner shall collect their prize from one of the Domino’s stores and will be required to have their photo taken for publication on the Domino’s Pizza Cyprus social media platforms.

Article 2

Terms & Conditions for "RECEIPT GAME"

  1. No Gambling or Lottery:
    The game does not involve any form of gambling or lottery. The mechanism only verifies whether the receipt number is a winning ticket.
  2. Single Use of Invoice Codes:
    Each invoice code may only be used once. Any attempt to reuse or manipulate codes will result in disqualification.
  3. Prize Redemption:
    1. Prizes from Domino's Pizza are valid for delivery, carry-out, and online orders.
    2. Only one prize can be redeemed with each pizza purchase.
    3. Prizes must be redeemed by the last day of the current calendar month. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
    4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for money, other gifts, or promotional offers.
    5. Redemption is available only through the Domino's account (user/email) used during the game. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be used by other accounts.
  4. Liability Disclaimer:
    1. DPC Restaurants Ltd is not responsible for technical issues, including but not limited to internet connectivity, system errors, or website/app accessibility, which may affect participation in the game.
    2. In the event of disputes regarding game results, DPC Restaurants Ltd reserves the right to review and make the final determination.

Article 3

General Online Ordering Terms & Conditions

1. Technical Requirements:

The website requires updated versions of Internet Explorer 7, Mozilla Firefox 2, Safari 4, or later, with JavaScript activated. DPC Restaurants Ltd is not liable for orders that cannot be placed due to non-compliance with these requirements.

2. Order Finality:

Once an order is submitted, no changes or cancellations are allowed. Customers are encouraged to review their orders before submission.

3. Dispute Resolution, Product Replacement and Returns:

  1. Any disputes related to orders will be reviewed by authorized representatives of DPC Restaurants Ltd. If eligible, replacements or refunds may be offered, subject to inspection and verification.
  2. Replacement eligibility may require the return of the defective product for further investigation.

4. Force Majeure:

DPC Restaurants Ltd is not responsible for delays or failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, or system outages.

5. Payment Terms:

Only banknotes up to €50 are accepted for delivery or carry-out. This policy is strictly enforced for security and operational purposes.

6. Food and Ingredient Notices:

Olives may contain traces of pips. DPC Restaurants Ltd disclaims responsibility for allergic reactions or sensitivities arising from ingredients. Customers with allergies are advised to consult the menu or contact customer support.

7. Delivery and Operational Policies:

  1. Minimum delivery order: €5.
  2. Delivery charge: €2.25.
  3. Sandwiches are only available between 12:00 and 17:00.
  4. First-time customers may be contacted for phone confirmation. Failure to provide accurate contact details may result in order delays or cancellations.

8. Ingredient Replacement Policy:

  1. Free Replacements: One (1) special pizza ingredient can be replaced free of charge per pizza.
  2. Charged Replacements: Any additional ingredient replacements are subject to charges based on the prevailing price list.
  3. Deducted Ingredients: Removing ingredients from a pizza does not alter its price.
  4. Special Offers and Discounted Pizzas: Changes to ingredients in pizzas under promotional offers or at reduced prices will be charged according to the prevailing price list.

  1. DPC Restaurants Ltd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the website (www.dominos.com.cy) or its associated apps.
  2. The company bears no responsibility for any inconvenience, delays, or inability to place orders resulting from technical issues, internet connectivity problems, maintenance activities, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
  3. As a registered user or guest accessing the Website, it is your responsibility to ensure proper access to the Website. Access depends on the compatibility of your computer, portable, or mobile devices with the Website’s minimum technical specifications. Users should verify that their devices meet these requirements and that their method of access does not expose them to potential risks, such as viruses or malicious code. We are not responsible for any failure to access the Website due to compatibility issues. You are prohibited from introducing any harmful software, such as viruses, trojans, worms, or logic bombs, or from attempting any form of denial-of-service attack, as per the law.

Article 5

Coupon Code Policy

  1. Single Use:
    1. Only one (1) promo coupon code may be used per order. Coupon codes must be valid and redeemable online.
  2. Conditions:
    1. Coupons cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
    2. Domino's reserves the right to refuse or invalidate coupons suspected of misuse.
    3. Coupons can be redeemed with a minimum purchase of €9.50, excluding the price of the free product.

Article 6

General Deal Terms

  1. Deal Restrictions:
    1. Offers listed under the "DEALS" section cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or the "1+1 FOR TUSDAYS & THURSDAYS DEAL."

  2. Additional charges apply for premium or stuffed crust pizzas:
    1. Medium stuffed crust: +€1.75.
    2. Large stuffed crust: +€2.00.

  3. Premium Range Pizzas (denoted by ♛) incur an extra charge:
    1. Small: +€1.00.
    2. Medium: +€2.00.
    3. Large: +€3.00

  4. Specialty Range Pizzas (denoted by ∞) incur an extra charge:
    1. Small: +€2.00.
    2. Medium: +€3.00.
    3. Large: +€4.01.

Article 7

"Up to 40%" Online Offer Terms

  1. Scope of Offer:
    1. The "Up to 40%" online discount offer applies exclusively to orders placed via the website (www.dominos.com.cy) or the Domino's apps (iOS and Android).
    2. This offer is not available for phone, in-store, or any other ordering methods.

  2. Scaling Discount:
    The discount is applied automatically based on the total basket value:
    1. €8.00–€20.00: 10% discount.
    2. €20.01–€30.00: 20% discount.
    3. €30.01–€40.00: 30% discount.
    4. Over €40.01: 40% discount.

  3. Product Eligibility:
    1. The discount is applicable only to all pizzas and to the following starters.
      • Twisty Breadsticks, Garlic Bread & Pizza Bites.
    2. Free products or items with a value of €0 are excluded from the basket value and do not affect the scaling discount.

  4. Additional Terms:
    1. The offer cannot be combined with other discounts, coupons, or promotional offers.
    2. DPC Restaurants Ltd reserves the right to modify or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.

Article 8

Availability & Copyrights

We cannot guarantee that the menus, products, or services offered by  DPC Restaurants Ltd  will be available on the day you make an online order or via our call center and/or  application, as availability may vary. The Website’s Terms & Conditions and any other uploaded information are for personal, non-commercial use only, unless prior consent is given. You are not permitted to remove copyright or proprietary notices, infringe on intellectual property rights, or use the content for commercial purposes without our express written consent. All intellectual property rights related to the Website’s content, functionality, and design are owned by  DPC Restaurants Ltd and are protected under Cypriot laws, including copyrights, trademarks, and design rights.

Disclaimer

We accept no liability for any loss, damage, or costs incurred due to your use of the Website or any linked websites, whether direct, indirect, or consequential, including any breach of contract or tort, even if we were advised of the possibility of such issues.     If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is deemed invalid, unenforceable, or unlawful by a competent court or regulatory authority, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
  3. Waiver
    Any failure or delay by us in exercising any rights or remedies under these Terms & Conditions or as permitted by law will not be considered a waiver of such rights, nor will it prevent or limit our ability to exercise those or other rights in the future.
